Currently, shipping is solely available within the United States and Canda.

Orders are processed within 5 - 7 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Bulk orders (quantities of 20+) require design approval and all goods needed to fulfill the order are on-hand before order will be processed. Once confirmed, orders are processed within 7 - 21 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are shipped Monday–Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed during the following business day. Orders can be tracked via the USPS website by clicking
here, or the assigned carrier's website if different from USPS.

Shipping via USPS Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary if a different carrier is used.

In addition to our stanard shipping, we provide local pick up for customers in the area.

To cancel or modify an order you must contact us immediately at info@profyledistrict.com. If the order has already been processed no changes can be made to your order.

We do our best to restock our best sellers but restocks are not guaranteed.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal including Venmo payments with PayPal Express Checkout, Sezzle, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact our team at info@profyledistrict.com before returning your package.
