Orders are routinely shipped via USPS Priority Shipping. Additional carriers may be utilized based on service needs. We are a U.S. based company.

All items are made-to-order. Orders are processed within 7-10 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Bulk orders (quantities of 20+ on eligible items) require design approval and verification that all goods needed to fulfill the order are available before the order will be processed. Once confirmed, orders are processed within 7-21 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed during the following business day. Email and/or text notification will be sent once your order has shipped.

All orders over $150 will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.

Orders sent to military post-offices may have restrictions such as, apo-fpo-dop. Additional rates may apply.

Please carefully enter contact information along with the correct shipping and delivery address to ensure proper delivery and communication. Once the order is processed the address cannot be changed.

If an item is returned to Profyle District due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you regarding the discrepancies. Please note that mistakes committed by, or on behalf of, the customer will result in additional shipping costs

Mistakes made on or behalf of the customer does not void our return/exchange policy regarding returns. We will carefully investigate the issue, and we reserve the right to issue a merchandise/store credit for the return or cancellation of the order.

Shipping within the United States.

We offer free shipping for qualifying orders $75 and up after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added.

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure timely deliveries. Delays are possible during the holiday season and unforeseen weather delays. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Tracking my order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Orders can be tracked via the USPS website by clicking here, or the assigned carrier's website if different from USPS.

Local Pickup (Tampa, FL Area) 

Currently, we offer local pickup (Tampa, FL Area) only in addition to our standard shipping policy. Our pickup hours are 5pm-7pm est. on Weds and Fridays. Please have your order confirmation email with you at the time of pickup.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. *Depending on product and material availability needed to fulfill, orders may be ready before aforementioned time*


Cancellation and Changes

Must be communicated via email to within 2 hours of placing order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once the package is delivered. For lost or stolen packages please contact your local USPS office and request a trace on your package. If an unclaimed package has been returned to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again.
